General Assembly will gather in person the Project Steering Committee to:
1) conduct a general review of the progress of the project as reflected in the first progress report and project deliverables;
2) collectively assess the delays in project implementation that have been identified by the coordination unit at USAL, as well as in the general review; and
3) agree and issue a timely response to the delays through contingency planning.
