The Deliverable 1.1 is due by the end of the year and we need to organize a meeting for defining the key Terms of References (ToR) and the outline of the Deliverable 1.1.

The agenda has the following points:

1) The scope of SH boards across the different pilots (what we expect to deliver, what we expect to achieve) 
2) The Terms of Reference (the rules of engagement in the Talanoa Dialogue – who is informed by whom, when and for what purposes,  what is the frequency of the meetings, governance of the meetings and the composition of the boards etc), including a description of the process of the Talanoa Dialogue
3) A brief Decalogue to successfully guide the SH engagement through the Talanoa Dialogue
4) Letters of commitment
